Athletic Clearance
All Sports, including Cheer, Dance, and Band/Color Guard, MUST REGISTER
1. Visit: AthleticClearance.com
– Create an account and complete all required sections. For detailed instructions, there is a helpful video on AthleticClearance.com.
– Very Important – Choose “Brea Olinda (CIF-SS)” on the list and the school year 2026-2027
2. Complete all sections of the application. Incomplete applications will not be approved.
3. Physical Evaluation Forms
– All pages of the pysical form msut be completed.
– Physical form MUST be COMPLETED, SIGNED, and DATED by a PHYSICIAN, and mist include the physician’s or clinic’s stamp.
– Only the signature of an MD, DO, or PA will be accepted.
4. Upload the Physical forms to your AthleticClearance.com account.
– You may email your coach to let them know when you have completed the process.
– No copies will be accepted in person.
